This policy governs the return and refund procedures applicable to purchases made on the EquilibrioVita website.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
-Have been opened, used, or tampered with
-They are not in good condition or in their original packaging
This is for hygiene and health protection reasons, since these are dietary supplements.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice to the email address info@equilibriovita.ch, specifying:
-Order Number
-Product(s)
-Reason for return
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive instructions on how to return the merchandise.
Product Returns
Products must be returned within 30days of the notice of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed or in the event of an error attributable to the seller.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, EquilibrioVita will issue a refund within 30days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective or does not match the order placed, the customer is asked to contact customer service promptly. In such cases, Equilibrio Vita will cover the return shipping costs.
